The Newman Parish warmly invites you to deepen your faith and your relationship with God through participation in our catechesis programs. Ironically, one of the best ways to learn more about your faith is to teach! The root meaning of the word catechist is “to echo.” Many catechists have found their own faith enriched by echoing their faith and serving as mentors and guides to children and youth on their faith journey. Strengthen your relationship with God and knowledge of the Catholic Church, volunteer to serve as a catechist!
